Like many others, my journey into this industry wasn’t a straight line. After months of job searching, I was looking for an opportunity where I could grow, challenge myself, and build something meaningful. I took a leap into the financial services field — and I’m glad I did.

The journey has been filled with learning experiences — both big and small. From developing my communication skills to gradually building product knowledge, every step has helped me grow professionally and personally. While I still have a lot to learn, I’m proud of how far I’ve come and how I continue to improve. One of the biggest challenges has been getting people to listen — but that’s also where the most growth happens: learning how to engage, connect, and earn trust.

FAMG has been instrumental in my development. The structured training, ongoing coaching, and consistent support from leaders and peers have provided a strong foundation.
