Desire and motivation to help and guide others, protect against the unexpected risks. The flexibility and independence of the job was appealing and a bonus as well.

My journey so far has been full of challenges but with that comes growth. It was a relatively steep learning curve but the journey has been meaningful thus far.

The agency has provided great support be it coaching, team bonding activities, mentoring - everything has been intentional and hence productive.
