Personal Information
Thae Su Zin
Financial Consultant
Before joining the financial services industry, I was a civil engineer. While I enjoyed the technical aspects of my previous role, I eventually realized I wanted a career where I could make a more personal impact on people’s lives.
I was drawn to this industry because it allows me to help individuals and families make informed decisions about their financial future. The idea of combining analytical thinking with meaningful human interaction really resonated with me, and that’s what led me to make the switch.
Transitioning from engineering to financial services was both exciting and challenging. In the beginning, one of the biggest hurdles I faced was learning how to connect and communicate with people from all walks of life. It took time and conscious effort to step out of my technical mindset and really focus on understanding clients’ concerns, emotions, and goals. Over time, I’ve grown more confident in these areas, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact I can make. Milestones for me include building long-term relationships with clients, expanding my network, and gaining trust in a completely different field from where I started.
Being part of FAMG has made a huge difference in my journey. From the start, the agency has provided strong mentorship, training, and a supportive environment that encourages growth. I’ve always felt like I could ask questions, seek guidance, and learn from more experienced advisors around me. The collaborative culture and leadership here have helped me develop both professionally and personally, and I’m grateful to be part of a team that truly believes in lifting each other up.
